At Wildling, we strive to use our resources as thoughtfully as possible. Every return involves many steps—from picking and packing to shipping and packaging, all the way through to carefully inspecting and restocking your Wildling items. The flat-rate return fee covers only a portion of these efforts and associated costs.

Return Shipping Costs at a Glance
If you choose the “Wildling Shoes Return Label” when registering your return, the following terms apply:
- Your first order with Wildling:
- Your first return is free of charge.
- Your first return is free of charge.
- Subsequent returns:
- Within Germany: €4.90
- Within the EU: €8.90
- Outside the EU: €14.90
Good to Know
- Size Exchanges: Size exchanges (provided the size is available) to duty-free countries are always free of charge. If you return additional items from the same order in the same package along with a size exchange, the entire return is free for you. Be sure to register the additional items as a return, but use the shipping label you received for the exchange to send them back.
- Choose Your Own Shipping Method: If you select “Return at Your Own Expense,” you are responsible for the costs and risk of the return. In this case, we recommend using insured shipping with tracking to ensure your package arrives safely.
