How to exchange your Wildlings for a different size
You can exchange unworn Wildlings for another size within 30 days of receiving them, as long as it’s the same model and size category (toddlers, kids, adults).
Exchanges for different models or size categories aren’t possible.
Size exchanges are available in selected duty-free countries.*
Register your exchange
Go to the returns portal.
Enter your order number (starts with WSDE) and your email address from the order.
Click on “Size exchange” and choose the size you’d like.
Shipping and return label
Select the free Wildling return label for your exchange.
The label and instructions will be sent to you by email (check your spam folder if it’s missing).
Hand in your parcel with this label within 7 days.
If not, your exchange will automatically be converted into a regular return and you’ll receive a refund instead.
If you use your own label, the shipping time for your new order begins once your return reaches our warehouse.
Returning additional items
After registering your size exchange, you can also return other items from the same order.
In the returns portal, click on “Return registration,” select the items, and choose “I will take care of shipping myself.”
You can then send everything together in one parcel.
If your size isn’t available
The size is currently out of stock.
You can use the notification function on our website to be informed once it’s available again.
If no notification option appears, a restock isn’t planned.
Remember: the return period is 30 days, and a direct exchange is only possible in that timeframe.
Alternatively, return your shoes and place a new order later.
Group Discount
If you used a Group Discount, it will stay valid as long as you keep at least 5 pairs in total.
You can ignore any conflicting information shown in the returns portal.
