Can I exchange my Wildlings for a different size?
Yes, you can – as long as you live in a country that we can deliver to free of customs duties.*
If you ordered a pair of Wildlings that doesn’t quite fit, you can exchange them for a different size within the same model and size category (Toddlers, Kids, Adults), provided they are unworn and within the 30-day return window.
To register your size exchange, please use our returns portal at https://returns.wildling.shoes/.
There, simply enter your order number (starts with WSDE) and the email address you used for your order.
Click on “Size Exchange.” You’ll then see all items from your order and can select the size you’d like instead. In the next step, you’ll be able to generate a return label.
You’ll receive a free return label and detailed instructions for the exchange via email.
To help your exchange go through as quickly as possible, we recommend using the return label provided for this exchange.
Please note: the return must be handed over to the delivery service within 7 days.
Otherwise, your request will automatically be changed to a regular return (as defined by your right of withdrawal) and processed as such – this means you’ll receive a refund instead of an exchange.
The shipping time for your new pair begins as soon as you hand over the return package to the shipping service.
If you choose to use your own label, shipping begins once the return has reached our warehouse.
If you’d like to return other items from your order without requesting an exchange, you can do so after completing the size exchange.
In the returns portal, click on “Return registration” and select the relevant items. Then choose “I will take care of the shipping myself” – this way, no second return label will be created and you can return everything together in one package.
What should I do if my desired size is not available for an exchange?
In this case, you can use the notification feature on our website to be informed as soon as the size is back in stock. Please note that the return period is 30 days from the date of receipt, and a direct exchange is only possible within this time frame. Alternatively, you can return your shoes and place a new order later.
Will my group discount still apply if I exchange for a different size?
If the group discount was applied to your original order, it will still apply to your exchange as long as you keep at least 5 pairs in total. If the return portal shows different information, you can ignore it.
