You are more than welcome to combine items from multiple orders in a single package for return.

Register the return with the most items using our returns portal at https://returns.wildling.shoes/ and please be sure to request a return label for it. We ask you to use the option "Return shipping with Wildling Shoes", because this way the return is free of charge for you.

Register your further returns in the same way, but choose the second option "Pay for your own shipping label", here. You will then just receive a return slip, which you have to print out and enclose with the return.

Please also print three copies of each proforma invoice. Put them in a transparent envelope (or a transparent plastic sleeve) and tape it to the outside of the package. You will receive the customs invoices from our Customer Service upon request after the returns have been registered. Then you are ready to schedule your return pick-up with DHL Express.
