As you are preparing your return, please note the following:

1. Please put all items you wish to return into the shipping package and seal it
2. Make sure you have peeled all the previous labels off the package
3. Print the label and affix it to the package

Since we work with PLT (paperless trade), it is not necessary for you to enclose a customs invoice with the shipment. This was already transferred to DHL Express with the return notification.

Then you are ready to either book a pickup.
