As you are preparing your return, please note the following:
- Please put all items you wish to return into the shipping package and seal it
- Make sure you have peeled all the previous labels off the package
- Print the label and affix it to the package
Since we work with PLT (paperless trade), it is not necessary for you to enclose a customs invoice with the shipment. This was already transferred to DHL Express with the return notification.
Then you are ready to either book a pickup.
