If your shoes got very wet, we recommend leaving them to dry in a well-ventilated place. Please do not place them on the heater or similar heat sources, such as a fireplace or stove.
It is better if you let wet shoes dry in a material-friendly way, i.e. slowly or indirectly.
For your Wildling shoes to retain their shape, we recommend stuffing them loosely with light-colored towels. If the shoes are soaking wet, you can first gently squeeze out the moisture and then replace the towels with dry ones.
Ideally, you give the shoes a night to absorb the moisture. If they are still damp, we recommend changing the towels and repeating the process. Thus, you avoid the risk of mold in the shoe.
Tip: Alternatively, you can also use socks filled with rice.
The Help Center is for your quick information. The exact rules that apply between you and Wildling can be found in our General Terms and Conditions. These always take precedence in case of deviations.
