For all our customers, the statutory warranty rights (legal liability for defects) apply. If the product you purchased has a defect, please contact our customer service. We'll be happy to review the case and let you know the next steps.
If a defect occurs within the first year after delivery, it's usually straightforward. After two years, the legal warranty period typically expires. If your case falls somewhere in between, feel free to reach out — we're happy to take a look.
Is there a guarantee?
Wildling offers the statutory 2-year warranty under EU consumer law, but no additional or extended commercial guarantee beyond that.
