Our customers are subject to the statutory liability for defects. Contact our customer service if your purchased product has a defect. We’ll gladly consider how to proceed from there. For defects that occur within one year after delivery, this process is generally very straightforward. Normally however, the period for claims for defects ends conclusively after two years. For everything in between, we’ll be happy to see what we can do for you.
