We will refund your payment no later than 14 days after we’ve received your cancellation notice.
However, please note that we must have received the returned item(s) — or proof of shipment — before we can issue the refund. Otherwise, the refund may be delayed.

We will use the original payment method from your order and send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

If this is your first order with Wildling, the first return from your initial order is free. For all subsequent returns, we charge €4.90 within Germany. Return shipping costs are €8.90 within the EU and €14.90 for non-EU countries.
