If you used the Wildling Shoes return label and your return hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Service.
Make sure to write from the email address you used for your order and include your order number. We’ll take care of the rest and follow up on your return.
If you arranged the return independently using a different shipping provider, please reach out to the shipping company directly to initiate an investigation if needed. Unfortunately, we cannot assist in such cases.
