If you send your return yourself, please register it via our returns portal, select "Return at your own expense" and send the items to be returned insured to the following address:

Please enclose the merchandise return form with your shipment or a note with your order number, the items that are in the package, and the reason for your return.

Info for countries subject to customs duties:

In addition, print one copy each of the proforma customs invoice and the export invoice, put them into the transparent envelope (or into a different clear envelope) and then affix it to the exterior of the package for customs purposes.

Also note that you are responsible for your own returns and must contact your shipping carrier directly in the event of damage or loss. Unfortunately, we have no recourse in such cases.
