Register your return through your customer account (Register a return) or directly in the returns portal by entering the order number (WSDE) and the email address used for the order.
You will then receive your DHL Express returns label and (if you live outside the EU) your proforma customs invoice by email.
You can then book a pick-up appointment with DHL Express.
If you made your purchase using Klarna Pay Later, please make sure that you do not exceed the payment deadline on your invoice. Pause your invoice by registering your return with Klarna as well.
