Returning Multiple Orders in One Package

You’re welcome to return multiple orders together in one parcel. Here’s how to do it:

1. Register your main return:
   Start with the order that includes the most items. Register it via our returns portal or your customer account, and make sure to request a return label during the process.

2. Register additional returns:
   For all other orders, please also register the return via the portal, but this time select the option "Return at your own expense."
   You’ll receive a return slip by email – please print it and include it inside the package.

3. Pack and ship everything together:
   Place all items in one box and drop the parcel off at any DHL or postal service location or, if you return via DHL Express, please book your pick-up.

Important for returns from countries with customs requirements

If you are returning from a non-EU country and selected "Return at your own expense":

• Please print one Proforma Invoice and one Export Invoice per item you're returning.

• Place the documents in a clear envelope (or transparent plastic sleeve) and attach it visibly to the outside of the package for customs clearance.
