If you choose to send your return at your own expense, please register it first via our returns portal and select the option "Return at your own expense." Then send the items insured to the following address:

Please include the merchandise return form in your package. If you don’t have the form, a simple note with your order number, the items you’re returning, and the reason for return is also fine.

Important:
When sending a return on your own, you are responsible for the shipment. In the event of damage or loss, please contact your shipping provider directly. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with claims in such cases.
