Customs & Import Fees (Outside the EU)

If you're ordering from outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These usually need to be paid before your package can be delivered.

Once your parcel reaches customs in your country, DHL Express will contact you and provide a link to pay any duties and VAT easily online.

Please note:

• The amount of these fees varies by country.

• Wildling has no control over customs charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

• In some countries, it may be possible to claim a refund of duties or taxes if you return your order. Please check with your local customs office.

• Wildling does not refund customs fees.
