Customs fees are paid directly through DHL Express. Once your package has arrived at the customs office in your country, DHL Express will contact you and send you a link where you can pay the customs charges and applicable VAT quickly and easily online. Note that your package will not be delivered until you have paid these fees.

In some countries it is possible to reclaim (part of) the import duties in the event of a return or complaint. To find out if and how this works in your country, please contact your local customs office. We cannot refund customs fees.
