Each Discount Code can only be redeemed once. It is then used up - in case of full or partial cancellation of the order, there is no right to reactivation of the Discount Code or issuance of a new one (unless otherwise agreed).

If your discount code no longer works, we will be happy to check this for you. Please contact our Customer Service with the order number (WSDE) and your code.
