If your order hasn't been processed yet, you can easily cancel either a single item or the whole order.
To cancel, just head to your customer account and look for the “Register a return” option, or you can enter your order number and email in the returns portal.
If you can only register a return, it means your order is already on its way and can’t be cancelled anymore, not even from our side. In this case, you can simply refuse the delivery - either online via DHL or right at your door - as soon as you’ve received the shipping confirmation.
