As long as your order hasn’t been processed, you can cancel a single item or the entire order.
You will find the cancellation option in your customer account under “Register a return” or by entering your order number and email address in the returns portal.
If registering a return is the only option left, it means that your order is already being processed. It is not possible to cancel the order at that point.
