If you make a mistake when entering your address, or if you want your package to be sent to a different address, please contact our Customer Service. We will be happy to change the address for you as long as your order is not already being processed.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the country of your shipping address retroactively. If your package needs to be sent to a different country, you will need to cancel the order and reorder.
Regrettably, technical factors and legal reasons do not allow you to change the billing address after the order has been completed.
