What can I do if my order wasn’t delivered?

Delivery with DHL not possible (Germany):

As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification with a tracking link, so you can always see where your order is.

If your package hasn’t arrived, please contact our customer service team.

 

Delivery with DHL not possible (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands):

Delivery with DHL Express not possible:

If you're not at home at the time of delivery, you can choose a new delivery date, a safe drop-off location, or a neighbor to receive the package. Simply use DHL Express On Demand Delivery: https://delivery.dhl.com/.
Select the country of your delivery address, click “Manage shipment as guest,” and enter your Waybill tracking number.

If your package was already out for delivery but you weren't home, DHL Express will usually attempt delivery again on the next working day or drop off your parcel at a nearby DHL Express Service Point. You should receive a notification from DHL Express in that case.
