Which new Wildling Shoes models will be featured in this collection launch?

Chokeberry, Emmer, Yew, Chestnut, Robinia, Pine, and the limited edition model Renette are gracing the shop in sizes 23 to 35 (Children) and from sizes 36 to 48 (Adults). Chokeberry, Pine, and Chestnut are also available for tinier tootsies in sizes 18 to 22 (Babies and toddlers). The super high cut Inkcap is available exclusively in sizes 36 to 48.

Which models will be returning?

The Flying Fox is available as a recurring model in sizes 23 to 48. As all-year models, Nebula, Tanuki Niji, and Tanuki Yoru are likewise available in the shop as always. Also on board once again: North Wolf in sizes 23 to 48, and for very young adventurers, Akita in sizes 18 to 22.

When will the new models be available?

The Wildling Shoes shop will kick off the new autumn/winter season at 10 am CEST on Saturday, September 10, 2022.

Are models from previous collections also available?

Yes, some models from previous autumn/winter collections are still on sale in the shop – but only in the sizes and quantities remaining. Please note that these models are no longer being manufactured.

Which models are free of animal-derived materials?

Robinia, Inkcap, and Pine are models made without materials of animal origin and each of them has a warming and temperature-regulating lining made of hemp-flax fleece. Renetteis also made without any animal-derived materials and features a cotton flannel lining. 

The Flying Fox is an unlined all-season model made without materials of animal origin.

How do I determine my Wildling Shoes size?

You can use the size finder to determine your correct size. When choosing a size, please also take note of the sizing information provided in the product descriptions. And of course our team from Customer Service is always at the ready, providing customized advice and support whenever you need it. 

Do I always have to order winter models in a larger size?

No, not always. It generally depends on whether you are between two sizes and/or if you want to wear thick socks or an additional insole. You can use the size finder to determine your correct size. It’s best to take the measurements while wearing the thickest socks that you plan to wear with your shoes. When choosing a size, please also take note of the sizing information provided in the product descriptions. Our team from Customer Service is also happy to advise you personally any time. 

What’s the best way for me to order?

The best way to place your order is to start out by logging into your customer account and having the details for your chosen payment method handy.

Then you can pick out the Wildling shoes you want at your leisure and proceed to checkout.

Please note that for technical reasons, the items in your shopping cart are not reserved.

Which payment methods are available?

You can pay by PayPal, AmazonPay, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sofort/Pay Now, and credit card.

I want to add something to my order/cancel something – is that possible?

Unfortunately, at this time it is not technically possible to add an item to an order that has already been placed. However, you can cancel individual items

As long as your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can still cancel a single item or the entire order. You will find the cancellation option in your customer account under “Register a return” or by entering your order number and email address in the returns portal.

If registering a return is the only option left, it means that your order is already being processed. It is not possible to cancel the order at that point.

If you don’t have a customer account yet, you can also cancel the order in our returns portal. All you need to register is your order number and your email address.

The order amount for the canceled items will be refunded to you immediately.

If you paid for your order using Sofort/Pay Now or a combination of payment methods, please contact our Customer Service team to cancel your order.

Can I combine multiple orders?

For technical reasons, we regret that it is not possible to retroactively combine several orders that have already been placed.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel the order in your customer account and place a new order. Before doing so, please make sure that the items you want are still available.

Can I also try on the new models in person at the store?
