You’ll find detailed care instructions for your Wildlinge and accessories in the respective product descriptions in the shop. We recommend a two-step cleaning process:
Let any dirt on your Wildlinge dry completely, then gently brush it off with a brush—for example, Pumbaa. This first step is usually sufficient.
Please note: With some dyed fabrics, vigorous and frequent brushing can intensify the denim effect. You should also brush certain outer materials gently to prevent the fabric from becoming too rough. You’ll find specific instructions in the product description for each model.
For Wildlinge made of textile and wool: If your Wildlinge are still dirty, you can rinse them by hand in lukewarm water. Here’s how to best dry wet Wildlinge.
Within Germany*, we also offer the “Tropfen” cleaner (sold individually or as part of the Tapir care set with waterproofing). This cleans Wildling models made from many materials, including wool.
Leather Wildling shoes should ideally be brushed clean first and foremost. Gently brush out dried-on dirt to avoid putting too much strain on the leather. If necessary, you can also use a nubuck sponge for cleaning. We do not recommend using damp cloths.
Wildlinge are not machine-washable.
*Due to legal labeling requirements, we are currently shipping our shoe care kit and other liquids only within Germany.
The Help Center is for your quick information. The exact rules that apply between you and Wildling can be found in our General Terms and Conditions. These always take precedence in case of deviations.
