Take it slow.
Switching to Wildlings means giving your body time to adapt to a new way of moving. We recommend phasing them in gradually — especially when it comes to running or long, strenuous hikes. Listen to your gut — or better yet, your feet.
Most people adjust easily during everyday activities without any symptoms of overexertion. Over time, your body adapts to the new walking experience: muscles grow stronger, posture improves, and natural movement is restored.
However, if you’ve been wearing conventional shoes for decades, your body might respond to the change. This could include mild muscle soreness, or a temporary pull in the knees, back, or feet — all signs that long-dormant muscles and ligaments are being reactivated.
Important:
Mild discomfort can be part of the natural transition. But if symptoms persist, we recommend consulting a specialist.
The Help Center is for your quick information. The exact rules that apply between you and Wildling can be found in our General Terms and Conditions. These always take precedence in case of deviations.
