If you choose to ship your return yourself, we still ask that you register your return using our returns portal and send the items you wish to return insured and to the following address:

Please enclose the merchandise return form with your shipment or a note with your order number, the items that are in the package, and the reason for your return.

Also note that you are responsible for your own returns and must contact your shipping carrier directly in the event of damage or loss. Unfortunately, we have no recourse in such cases.
