What is the "Group Discount"?
For those who want to share the Wildling feeling, we offer an automatic 20% discount on orders of five or more pairs. This is what we call the "Group Discount."
How does the group discount work? Do I need a code?
The discount is automatically applied at checkout once five or more pairs of shoes are in your cart, so no code is needed.
Please note: The Group Discount cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed, and combining multiple separate orders to reach the five-pair minimum is not possible.
Which products does the “Group Discount” apply to?
The discount applies to Wildling shoes only, unless otherwise specified. Accessories, already discounted models, and B- or C-grade items are excluded.
How long will the “Group Discount” be available?
The "Group Discount" is valid until further notice. Please note that it cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.

Can several people place a joint order to benefit from the Group Discount?
Yes! You’re very welcome to join forces and place a group order to take advantage of the Group Discount — running wild together!
Please note: Warranty rights always lie with the person who placed the order. However, these rights can easily be transferred to other recipients using our declaration of transfer. We recommend handing over the completed declaration of transfer along with the respective pair of shoes when passing them on to your fellow orderers.
How is the Group Discount affected by returns?
Returns and exchanges can only be requested by the person who originally placed the order with Wildling. Our return period is 30 days from the date you receive your order. We recommend waiting until everyone in the group has tried on their shoes, so you can send all returns together in one package.
Please note: If a return causes the total number of kept pairs to drop below five, the Group Discount no longer applies. The outstanding discount amount will be deducted from your refund.
Will my group discount still apply if I exchange for a different size?
If the group discount was applied to your original order, it will still apply to your exchange as long as you keep at least 5 pairs in total. If the return portal shows different information, you can ignore it.
